Okemah is 7-2 against Henryetta since October of 2014, and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Okemah Panthers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Henryetta Knights at 7:00 p.m. Okemah will be hoping to continue their three-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.
Last Thursday, Okemah beat Roland 35-24.
Meanwhile, Henryetta had to suffer through a rough 49-14 loss at the hands of Vian. Henryetta was down 43-7 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.
The loss doesn't tell the whole story though, as several players had good games. One of the most active was NICK HUDSON, who gained 100 total yards and a touchdown.
Okemah's win lifted them to 2-5 while Henryetta's loss dropped them down to 3-4.
Okemah took a serious blow against Henryetta in their previous matchup back in October of 2022, falling 59-14. Will Okemah have more luck at home instead of on the road?
