 Meanwhile,  with a playoff game on the line, Batesville rose to the challenge  on Tuesday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Lions  a   9-0 shutout. The Bulldogs might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won nine games by three  goals or more this season.
 Having lost for the first time  this season, Lawrenceburg  fell to 15-1. As for Batesville,  the  win snapped their winning streak at three games  and leaves them with a 11-5 record.
 Everything went Lawrenceburg's way against Batesville in their previous matchup  back in September, as Lawrenceburg made off with  a  6-0 victory. Will Lawrenceburg repeat their success,  or does  Batesville have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
