The Judge Memorial Catholic Bulldogs can now show off 11 landslide victories after their most recent matchup on Tuesday. They claimed a resounding 65-33 victory over Juan Diego Catholic on the road. The victory was nothing new for Judge Memorial Catholic as they're now sitting on seven straight.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Judge Memorial Catholic to victory, but perhaps none more so than Elyah Ocampo, who scored 25 points along with seven steals. Ocampo hasn't dropped below 19 points for six straight games. Makena Gardner was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on nine points and ten steals.
Judge Memorial Catholic has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-7 record this season. As for Juan Diego Catholic, they are on a 16-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-20.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Judge Memorial Catholic will square off against Layton Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Layton Christian Academy is on a four-game streak of home wins, Judge Memorial Catholic a three-game streak of away wins -- so someone will have to leave a streak behind on the court. As for Juan Diego Catholic, they will head out on the road to face off against Providence Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Juan Diego Catholic is facing Providence Hall at the right time seeing as Providence Hall is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
