Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Port Washington to victory, but perhaps none more so than Emersyn Loose, who had 15 digs and three aces. That's the most aces Loose has posted over her last seven contests. The team also got some help courtesy of Summer Wille, who had nine digs and three aces.
They weren't the only good servers: Port Washington was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 16 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 12 aces in four consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, with a playoff win on the line, St. Thomas More rose to the challenge on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Veritas/Tenor as they made off with a 3-0 win.
