Lovington had to settle for second  on Friday, but  Ondalis Cardenas sure wasn't going down easily. Cardenas was unstoppable, rushing for 98 yards and two touchdowns on only 11 carries. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, making six total tackles and defending a pass.
 Cardenas and Lovington will have a little extra prep time after the  loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Gadsden at 6:00  p.m.  on October 18th.
