Santee waltzed into their contest on Wednesday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Dr. Maya Angelou Community Phoenix as they made off with a 14-4 victory. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three matches by ten runs or more this season.

Michelle Mendez and Angela Bernal did most of the damage at the plate: Mendez scored two runs while going 1-for-4, while Bernal went a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles and one RBI.

Santee's win bumped their record up to 4-6. As for Dr. Maya Angelou Community, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-3 record this season.
