Bronson is 8-2 against Concord since May of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Vikings will head out to square off against the Yellowjackets at 4:15 p.m. Bronson knows how to get runs on the board -- the team has finished with ten runs or more in their past four contests -- so hopefully Concord likes a good challenge.
11 must be Bronson's lucky number: they beat Sturgis with that score not once but twice on Saturday. The Vikings beat the Trojans by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 11-1. The Vikings haven't had any issues with the Trojans recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.
Warner Wotta was a major factor no matter where he played. He tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and two runs. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Joe Fair, who went 3-for-4 with three runs and one RBI. Those three runs gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Max Byler, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one double, and one RBI.
Bronson hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. The team has now struck out at least four batters in four consecutive games.
Meanwhile, Concord got themselves on the board against Camden-Frontier on Friday, but Camden-Frontier never followed suit. They came out on top against the Redskins by a score of 4-0.
The result came thanks to Gavin Riske's shutout, as he gave up just three hits and racked up eight Ks. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Concord is 4-2 when he allows at most two earned runs, but 1-7 otherwise.
At the plate, Nate Fritz was excellent, going 2-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.
Bronson's record now sits at 11-5. As for Concord, their record is now 5-9.
Everything went Bronson's way against Concord in their previous matchup back in May of 2025, as Bronson made off with a 7-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Vikings since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
