It may have taken ten innings to finish the job, but Fishers ultimately got the result they hoped for on Saturday. They walked away with a 10-5 win over the Lawrence North Wildcats. With that victory, the Tigers brought their scoring average up to 6.1 runs per game.

Deagan Repp was incredible, going 4-for-6 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI. That's the most runs he has posted since back in April. Justin Brown also deserves some recognition as he brought in his first RBI of the season.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Fishers kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 17 hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Lawrence North only managed nine hits.

Fishers is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-2 record this season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Lawrence North, they moved to 6-10 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Fishers didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 7-0 victory against Harrison on the 3rd. As for Lawrence North, they will square off against Hamilton Southeastern at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
