Calvin Martin was incredible, scoring three runs and stealing two bases while going 3-for-4. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Trey Hollandsworth, who went 1-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI.
Westminster Academy lost a few balls and finished the game with two home runs. That's the most home runs they've managed all season.
Westminster Academy is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-6 record this season. They've had to fight for that success though, as they only beat their opponents by an average of 1.25 runs across that stretch. Master's Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 14-3.
Both Master's Academy and Westminster Academy just can't seem to miss. Master's Academy has been making plenty of contact this season, having averaged 9.4 hits per game. However, it's not like Westminster Academy struggles in that department as they've been averaging only 5.2 hits.
