Wesley Yarbrough Dazzles in Crosby Win
Starting off the list is Crosby's Wesley Yarbrough, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Yarbrough rushed for 138 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 carries, and also picked up 61 receiving yards and a touchdown. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his fifth straight game with at least 138 rushing yards.

Porter had to have seen this coming; the last time they saw Barnes it was a similar story. Barnes rushed for 180 yards while picking up 10.0 yards per carry the last time he and the Spartans duked it out back in October of 2023.

Angleton was led to victory by Wyatt Neyland, who turned in his biggest game of the season on Friday. Neyland rushed for 88 yards and a touchdown on only eight carries, and also caught a touchdown.
The win for Angleton keeps them at an undefeated 7-0. A feisty cat fight will be fought when Wildcats faces off against Fort Bend Kempner at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
