Shawn Simeon Crosses Big Stat Threshold
Shawn Simeon produced his most outstanding game to date while leading Naples to the win on Friday. Simeon rushed for 303 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 10.1 yards per carry. Thanks to that strong showing, he's now averaging 2.1 rushing touchdowns per game. His longest rush was for an incredible 93 yards.
If history really does repeat itself, Simeon might just drop another big game when he faces off against Port Charlotte on Friday. Back in November of 2023 (the last time Simeon saw the Pirates), he rushed for 387 yards and seven touchdowns while picking up 12.9 yards per carry.

He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up a sack, forcing a fumble, and making eight total tackles.
South Fort Myers now has a winning record of 4-3. Jenkins and South Fort Myers will challenge Dunbar at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
