The Attica Red Ramblers were the 30-27 winner over the North Vermillion Falcons when they last played one another back in January of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. Attica took a 33-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of North Vermillion on Tuesday. Attica has now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Leading North Vermillion to victory were Kera Dunham and Lauren Ellis. Dunham scored ten points along with eight rebounds, while Ellis scored 12 points along with six rebounds and three steals.
Attica has not been sharp recently, as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season. As for North Vermillion, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 8-9.
Attica will be playing at home against Riverton Parke at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Vermillion, they will head out on the road to face off against Shakamak at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
