After losing to Lawrence the last time they met, Shawnee Mission South decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Shawnee Mission South Raiders breezed past the Lawrence Lions to the tune of 74-37 on Tuesday. The Raiders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matches by 22 points or more this season.

Shawnee Mission South's victory bumped their record up to 14-1. As for Lawrence, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-10.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shawnee Mission South will face off against Lawrence Free State on Friday.
