Having just played yesterday, Mission Vista will head out on the road to face off against the Pacific Ridge Firebirds at 7:00 p.m. on December 21st. Given that the pair suffered a loss in their last game, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this match.
Mission Vista managed to keep up with Maranatha Christian until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. Mission Vista ended up on the wrong side of a rough 65-39 walloping at the hands of Maranatha Christian.
Meanwhile, Pacific Ridge's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight loss. They lost to Escondido Charter on the road by a decisive 61-43 margin. Pacific Ridge has struggled against Escondido Charter recently, as their contest on Tuesday was their third consecutive lost matchup.
Mission Vista now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Pacific Ridge, they bumped their record down to 2-12 with that loss, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
