After three games on the road, Robertsdale is heading back home. They will be home for the holidays to greet the Franklin County Seahawks at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Both teams come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Last Tuesday, Robertsdale made easy work of Bayside Academy and carried off a 52-32 win. The win was just what Robertsdale needed coming off of a 53-25 defeat in their prior match.
Meanwhile, Franklin County scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Tuesday. They strolled past Taylor County with points to spare, taking the game 60-44. The win made it back-to-back wins for Franklin County.
Mahala Griggs and Sa'ryiah McNair were among the main playmakers for Franklin County as the former scored 21 points and the latter scored 22 points. That's the first time this season that McNair scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Jayla Creamer, who scored nine points.
Robertsdale has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a massive bump to their 7-8 record this season. As for Franklin County, their victory bumped their record up to 7-4.
