Jayni Wesley made a big impact no matter where she played. She looked comfortable on the mound, pitching two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. What's more, she posted three strikeouts, the most she's had since back in May of 2024. She was also big at the plate, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
