Blue Ridge Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Pennbrook Shaver led the charge by scoring 33 points along with seven rebounds and four steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Shaver has scored all season. Kaleb Price was another key contributor, almost dropping a double-double on 23 points and nine rebounds.
Blue Ridge Christian pushed their record up to 9-2 with that win, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 62.0 points per game. As for Heritage Christian, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost six of their last eight matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season.
