Gatlinburg-Pittman has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 24 points or more this season. They blew past Eagleton College & Career Academy 88-11 on the road.
Gatlinburg-Pittman got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Nya Burns out in front who scored 15 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals. Burns is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now stole two or more in the last four games she's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Chloe Mejias, who scored 13 points along with 5 rebounds and 4 steals.
Meanwhile, Sevier County ended up a good deal behind McMinn Central two weeks ago and lost 61-42.
Their wins bumped Gatlinburg-Pittman to 6-0 and Eagleton College & Career Academy to 1-2.
