Chickasha came tearing into Thursday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 5.3 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They never let the Madill Wildcats get on the board and left with a 10-0 win. The result was nothing new for the Fighting Chicks, who have now won 13 matches by eight runs or more so far this season.

Chickasha pushed their record up to 25-9 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.3 runs on average over those games. As for Madill, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-14.
