Volleyball Recap: Adams Wins Going Away Against North Dallas

Adams won the last time they faced North Dallas and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Cougars put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 win. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Cougars as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Adams never let North Dallas on the board, but things got pretty close in the second set. The match finished with set scores of 25-11, 29-27, 25-7.

Isabella Dominguez paced Adams' offense, picking up 11 kills. Dominguez got some help from Ara Ritschel and her nine assists. Dominguez was also solid from the service line: she led the team with ten aces.

Adams' win bumped their record up to 2-3. As for North Dallas, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.

Coming up, Adams will take on Pantego Christian in a tournament on Friday. As for North Dallas, they will be taking part in a tournament against Memorial at 9:00 a.m. on Friday.
