Despite the loss, Raleigh Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: Garris Massey scored 11 points along with five steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Massey has scored all season. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Stringfield, who scored eight points along with five rebounds.
Raleigh Christian Academy has not been sharp recently, as they've lost seven of their last eight matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-12 record this season. As for Mount Calvary Christian, their win bumped their record up to 1-3.
Raleigh Christian Academy will head out on the road to square off against Non Varsity Opponent at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Mount Calvary Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against White Plains Christian at 5:00 p.m. White Plains Christian will be looking to extend their current three-game winning streak.
