You're bound to get a positive result if you outscore your opponent every quarter, and that's exactly how it played out between Washington and Rapid City Central. Everything went Washington's way against Rapid City Central on Friday as they made off with a 56-27 win.
Washington's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 28 points in the first half. Rapid City Central wasn't quite able to keep up, scoring 14 to make it 28-14 heading into the break. Washington's offense just added to that total in the second half en route to their big win. The victory bumped their record up to 6-2. The loss dropped Rapid City Central's record to 3-5.
Next week Washington take on Lincoln at 6:00 PM. As for Rapid City Central, they will face off against Stevens.
