The Southington Blue Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five  matches by 22  points or more this season. They were the clear victor by a  55-29 margin over Hall. The  win was familiar territory for Southington who now have three in a row.
 Southington was led to victory by  Lily Cooper and  Bethany Borges.  Cooper  scored 13 points along with six  assists and six  rebounds, while  Borges  dropped  a double-double on 17 points and 13  rebounds. The  contest was  Cooper's ninth in a row with at least ten points.  Katie Doherty was another key contributor,  scoring 11 points along with three  steals.
 Southington is  on a roll lately: they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a massive bump to their 6-5 record this season. As for Hall, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-7.
 Southington will be playing in front of their home fans against East Hartford at 6:45  p.m.  on Tuesday. Hall's road trip will continue as they head out to face New Britain at 6:45  p.m.  on January 17th.
