It was a good run, but the Quartz Hill Royals unfortunately witnessed the end of their six-game winning streak on Thursday. They took a 69-64 hit to the loss column at the hands of Knight. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (63), Quartz Hill still had to take the loss.
Quartz Hill's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Jaidyn Norman, who scored 21 points along with eight rebounds and three steals, and Jerimiah Williams who scored 17 points along with six rebounds and two steals. Williams has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last seven times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Julian Henriquez, who scored seven points along with five rebounds.
Quartz Hill's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-11. As for Knight, their victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 22-5.
Quartz Hill does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Knight also has no future games currently scheduled.
