The Sylvan Hills Bears are on the road again on Tuesday and play against the Watson Chapel Wildcats. After these two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one of them is set up to suffer a discouraging change of fortune.
If there were any doubts why Sylvan Hills was a heavy favorite Friday, the squad quickly laid those doubts to rest. They put the hurt on Pine Bluff with a sharp 68-46 victory. The game was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 42-23.
Meanwhile, everything went Watson Chapel's way against Jacksonville this past Friday as they made off with a 57-35 win.
The wins brought the Bears up to 19-6 and Watson Chapel to 15-9. Sylvan Hills is 12-6 after wins this season, Watson Chapel 8-6.
