Rylan Pheifer gave up the fewest walks he has since back in May of 2024 on Friday. Nobody could stop him as he struck out seven batters over four innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off four hits. He has been nothing but reliable on the mound: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances.
