Woodsville won against Littleton last Monday with ten runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Monday. The Engineers blew past the Sunapee Lakers 10-4. Considering the Engineers have won four matches by more than five runs this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Woodsville is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-4 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Sunapee, they have been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-6 record this season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Woodsville will take on White Mountains at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Sunapee, they will face off against Moultonborough Academy at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
