Baseball Recap: Hawkins Takes a Loss

Hawkins saw some tournament action on Friday. They took an 8-3 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Gladewater Bears.

Landen Burns made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one double.

Hawkins' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

While they had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
