Chavez wouldn't let West keep a hold of the ball as they managed to force two fumbles. Chavez can thank Treayvon Spivey and Damarion Mcdonald for forcing both of them. Mcdonald also set a new season high mark in total tackles with eight.
This is the second loss in a row for Weston Ranch and nudges their season record down to 3-4. As for Chavez, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-2.
Weston Ranch came out on top in a nail-biter against Chavez when the teams last played back in October of 2023, sneaking past 14-12.
