Volleyball Recap: Huntington North Has No Trouble Against Peru

Huntington North not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since April 21st (when they won 3-0). They blew past the Peru Tigers 3-0.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Huntington North was: they took every set by at least 15 points. The final score came out to 25-8, 25-8, 25-10.

Henry Tucker paced Huntington North's offense, picking up six kills. Tucker got some help from Nathaniel Alwine and his 20 assists. Tucker was also solid from the service line: he led the team with five aces.

Huntington North's win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-11. As for Peru, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4.

Looking ahead, Huntington North is taking a road trip to face off against Fort Wayne Snider at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Peru, they will be playing at home against Norwell at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
