With a playoff win on the line, Milton rose to the challenge on Thursday. They breezed past Eastside to the tune of 33-0. Considering Milton has won 11 contests by more than 22 points this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Milton has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 20-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 27.0 points over those games. As for Eastside, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 11-9.

Looking ahead, Milton will take on St. Pius X Catholic at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. The Golden Lions' defense has only allowed 9.8 points per game this season, so the Eagles' offense will have their work cut out for them. Eastside does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
