It was another big night for Molly Zuburg, who went 8-for-15 en route to 22 points in addition to eight assists and seven steals. She has been hot for a while, having posted two or more steals the last 15 times she's played. Another player making a difference was Peyton Moye, who went 8-for-12 on her way to 21 points and seven rebounds.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Cardinal Gibbons, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Friday. They claimed a resounding 71-38 victory over Sanderson.
Cardinal Gibbons' win came from a few key players Leesville Road will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Jaclyn Deis, who posted ten points. Thanks to that strong game, she now owns an excellent 46.3% field goal percentage. Lilly Kenefick was another key player, putting up eight points and nine boards.
