Ware are packing up and heading on the road for their first away matchup this season. They face off against McCann Tech on Saturday at 1:00 PM. Ware are expected to win -- but not by much -- so they will need to come into the matchup prepared for a fight.
Last Saturday, Ware had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 19-6 win over Palmer.
Meanwhile, McCann Tech have to be aching after a bruising 6-27 defeat to Turners Falls/Pioneer Valley Regional. The game was over by the end of the first half, with no points scored by either team from that point forward.
Ware took the match and then some with a 47-0 victory the last time the two teams met over McCann Tech. The rematch might be a little tougher for Ware since the team won't have home-field advantage. Watch the game and check back on MaxPreps to see if the change in venue makes a difference.
