Genesee is 2-7 against Deckerville since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Tuesday. The Genesee Wolves will be playing at home against the Deckerville Eagles at 7:00  p.m. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
 Genesee suffered their biggest  loss since December 1, 2023 on Friday. They were outmatched by Bendle at home  and fell  85-51. The  loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Genesee in their matchups with Bendle: they've now lost six in a row.
 Defeat or not, Genesee got some senior leadership from  Aiden Croak and  Conner Rouse.  Croak  scored 17 points along with nine  rebounds and seven  blocks, while  Rouse.  dropped  a double-double on 22 points and 11  rebounds. That was a full 43.1% of Genesee's points, marking the third time in a row he's  earned more than a third of the team's points. Another player making a difference was  Q Bannoura, who  scored six points.
 Meanwhile, Deckerville was beaten by Kingston 62-33 on Tuesday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest  points Deckerville has scored all season.
 Genesee's loss dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Deckerville, they have  been struggling recently, as they've  lost five of their last six contests,  which put a noticeable dent in their 5-6 record this season.
