South Iron came into Thursday's matchup having lost seven straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past the Viburnum Blue Jays 3-0 on Thursday. The contest marked the Panthers' most dominant win of the season.

South Iron was especially dominant in the third set. The match finished with set scores of 25-19, 25-19, 25-13.

South Iron's victory bumped their record up to 6-19. As for Viburnum, their defeat was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-21.

Coming up, South Iron will face off against Clearwater at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Viburnum does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
