Volleyball Recap: Princeton's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Princeton won the last time they faced Western Brown, and Lily Sharpshair did her part to make sure it happened again. The Vikings walked away with a 3-1 win over the Broncos on Saturday with plenty of help from Sharpshair, who had 29 digs. Sharpshair is crushing it when it comes to digs: she's had at least 14 every time she's taken the court this season.

Princeton had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 19-25, 25-16, 25-16, 25-20.

With the victory, Princeton broke their four-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-7. As for Western Brown, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 5-5 record.

Princeton has already played their next game (against Colerain), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Western Brown also has no score uploaded for their next match, this one against McClain.
