They came out on top against Acadiana by a score of 45-36 on Wednesday. That's another feather in the cap for St. Martinville, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
St. Martinville's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Delian Mallery, who scored 13 points along with five rebounds. Another player making a difference was Ja'Myri Bernard, who scored 12 points.
St. Martinville's victory ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 8-14. As for Acadiana, they now have a losing record at 10-11.
St. Martinville will be playing at home against Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Acadiana, they will head out on the road to face off against Lafayette at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
