Chaminade-Madonna can attribute much of their success to Colin Hennessy, who had 12 digs and two aces, and Arthur Mainella Maux, who had 20 digs and 17 kills. Mainella Maux is crushing it when it comes to kills: he's had at least five every time he's taken the court this season. Noah Limo also deserves some recognition as he had his first block of the season.
Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Deerfield Beach, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Wednesday. Everything went their way against Boyd Anderson on Monday as they made off with a 3-0 win.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-15, 25-19, 25-6.
Deerfield Beach pushed their record up to 10-7 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Chaminade-Madonna, their win bumped their record up to 5-6.
