Mt. Greylock Regional had to hit the road for their first game, and unfortunately the road hit them back. They fell just short of Hoosac Valley by a score of 12-14. The result was an unpleasant reminder to Mt. Greylock Regional of the 14-55 loss they experienced in the two teams' previous head-to-head. This was the first contest for both squads, starting Mt. Greylock Regional off on the wrong foot at 0-1, while giving Hoosac Valley a 1-0 record.
Mt. Greylock Regional will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Drury. Hoosac Valley will have some time to rest before their next game, which is against Chicopee Comp in two weeks at 7:00 PM.
