Gatewood dropped their record down to 1-2 with that loss, which was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season. As for First Presbyterian Day, their record is now 2-0.
Gatewood was able to grind out a solid victory over First Presbyterian Day in their previous matchup back in September of 2023, winning 4-1. The rematch might be a little tougher for Gatewood since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
