Bear Creek has gone 8-2 against Stagg recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Bear Creek Bruins will face off against the Stagg Delta Kings at 7:00 p.m. Bear Creek's last five matches have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

Last Thursday, Bear Creek and Franklin finished up their game with a 1-1 draw.

Bear Creek's goal came courtesy of Aliana Monarrez-Hernandez, who's now up to six this season.

Meanwhile, Stagg didn't have quite enough to beat Tokay on Thursday and fell 2-1. While losing is never fun, the Delta Kings can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 734th, while the Tigers are ranked 189th).

With that draw, Bear Creek's record moves to 8-4-3. As for Stagg, they dropped their record down to 7-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Bear Creek took their win against Stagg when the teams last played back in January by a conclusive 5-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Bear Creek since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
