Adding to the longest winning streak in Charter 3A (8 Man) this week, NFL Yet Academy beat Estrella 53-0. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
Marcel Lopez's team took down the Sidewinders 53-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
Leading the league in both passing and receiving yards, NFL Yet Academy's Armando Ruiz Jr. and Guy Brown have proven to be a lethal combination. 6-2 quarterback Ruiz Jr. has thrown for 2,026 yards this season, while Brown has 34 catches for 879 yards. Joey Riordan from Mohave Accelerated leads the league in rushing with 692 yards.
NFL Yet Academy led the league in scoring this week by notching 53 points on Estrella.
