Lyons came into Monday's contest having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They came out on top against the Clyde-Savannah Golden Eagles by a score of 5-2 on Monday. This was a revenge game for the Lions: when they faced off against the Golden Eagles back in April, they had to take a 7-1 loss.

Lyons' victory bumped their record up to 2-10. As for Clyde-Savannah, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-8.

Looking ahead, Lyons will face off against East Rochester at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Bombers will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something the Lions surely won't give up without a fight. As for Clyde-Savannah, they will be playing at home against Marion at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday. The Golden Eagles are facing the Black Knights at the right time seeing as the Black Knights are stuck on a nine-game losing streak.
