The Chapman Panthers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 22 points or more this season. They blew past Carolina Academy 72-26 at home. The win was familiar territory for Chapman who now have four in a row.
Krislyn Wilder continued her habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 21 points along with eight assists and seven steals. That makes it nine consecutive games in which she has scored at least 25% of Chapman's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Elliot Miller, who scored 12 points along with seven assists and six steals.
Chapman has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4 record this season. As for Carolina Academy, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.
Coincidentally, both teams will both be playing Travelers Rest the next time they take the court. Carolina Academy will host Travelers Rest at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, while Chapman will head out to face them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
