Payton Calhoun gave up the fewest earned runs she has since back in February on Monday. Nobody could stop her as she struck out eight batters over seven innings while giving up just two earned (and three unearned) runs off ten hits (and only one walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive appearances.
