Landrum's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Kylie Fortner, who scored 14 points along with four steals, and Savannah Brown, who scored 23 points along with nine rebounds and two blocks. Brown has been hot recently, having posted 15 or more points the last three times she's played. Another player making a difference was Kaylee Cortez, who scored ten points along with three steals.
Greenville Tech Charter has not been sharp recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Landrum, they pushed their record up to 14-2 with that win, which was their fourth straight on the road.
