SCISA A Region I recap Oct. 23, 2012
St. Andrew's moved up to 190 from 398 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in SCISA A Region I. The Lions climbed the ranks as a result of falling to Hilton Head Prep 35-14.
Colleton Prep Academy made the biggest jump in the national rankings this week, rising to 10,060 from 10,117.
St. Andrew's' offense has been unstoppable this season and the Lions feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Nate Mayo has thrown for 550 yards and eight touchdowns this season, while Brandon Miller has 10 catches for 323 yards. Wright Wallace leads the league in rushing with 796 yards.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when the War Hawks take on St. Andrew's. Colleton Prep Academy is in second place, while Brock Miller's team is in third place.
