Baseball Game Preview: Andrews Wildcats vs. Robbinsville Black Knights

The Andrews Wildcats are taking a road trip to square off against the Robbinsville Black Knights at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.

Andrews will bounce into Friday's match after beating Robbinsville, who they had gone 2-7 against in their nine prior meetings. Andrews had just enough and edged out Robbinsville 11-9. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Wildcats' hitters, who had struggled in the games prior.

Logan Shular was incredible, going 2-for-4 with four RBI, two runs, and one double. Those four RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kelby Waldroup, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 2-for-4.

Andrews' first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-2. As for Robbinsville, their loss dropped their record down to 1-6.
