Tri won the last time they faced Blue River Valley and things went their way on Saturday too. The Tri Titans took their contest with ease, bagging a 59-18 victory over the Blue River Valley Vikings. The Titans have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 31 points or more this season.

Tri got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Kenley Cornelius out in front who almost dropped a double-double on 12 points and nine boards. Cornelius is also on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last seven games she's played. Lia Bohn was another key player, putting up nine points and four steals.

Tri smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 18 offensive boards. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least nine offensive rebounds in three consecutive games.

Tri pushed their record up to 13-4 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 25.0 points per game. As for Blue River Valley, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Tri wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 52-46 defeat against Northeastern on the 14th. Blue River Valley has also already played their next match, a 42-36 win against Union on the 14th.
