Fox Creek hasn't had much luck against Westminster Schools of Augusta recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. Having struggled with five defeats in a row, Fox Creek turned things around against McCormick on Monday. They claimed a resounding 53-18 win over the Chiefs. The Predators have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won four contests by 27 points or more this season.

Fox Creek's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Maya Kryshtalowych, who dropped a double-double on 14 points and 20 rebounds. The dominant performance gave Kryshtalowych a new career-high in rebounds. Another player making a difference was Jada Jennings, who posted 11 points.
Meanwhile, Westminster Schools of Augusta came tearing into Tuesday's game with eight straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 25.1 points) and they left with even more momentum. They strolled past the Patriots with points to spare, taking the game 44-26.
Fox Creek better keep an eye on India Williams. She was instrumental in Westminster Schools of Augusta's win, dropping a double-double on 27 points and 11 boards. Williams' evening made it ten games in a row in which she has scored at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Mae Turner, who put up seven points and five steals.
Fox Creek's win bumped their record up to 5-8. As for Westminster Schools of Augusta, they pushed their record up to 9-1 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Fox Creek has been smashing the glass this season, having averaged 28.2 boards per game. However, it's not like Westminster Schools of Augusta struggles in that department as they've been averaging 32.1 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
